When to Go

If you are drawn to snow sports, Winter, from December to February, is the peak time to visit; however, Spring, from March to May, will still have snow sport opportunities early on, but with milder weather and more sightseeing opportunities. If you are seeking outdoor adventures, Summer, from June to August, is the best time to visit because of the warmer weather and local events; however, Fall, from September to November, is also good for outdoor adventures, but with more crisp weather and less crowds.
