Montebello Vacations and Travel

Montebello Vacations

Located on the border with Ontario, this western Quebec gem is home to the largest log structure ever built. Montebello also hosts Canada’s largest rock festival, Montebello Rock (formerly known as Amnesia Rockfest). One of the area’s most popular and visited attractions is Parc Omega, a 7.5-mile drive-through safari park where visitors can view bears, bison, elk, wolves and other animals in their natural habitat. Other must-see attractions include Kenauk Nature Reserve, which has numerous lakes and is home to the rare blonde bear; ChocoMotive, an artisanal chocolate factory; and the Manoir Papineau National Historic Site, a grand 19th-century estate that is open to the public.
